Abhay had 99 problems but football wasn't one. It took a while for our beloved mentor, Abhay to adjust to a life without rigorous football trainings.

Pointers for athletes:
1. Stick to a regular home workout routine combined with regular stints of running
2. Practice your skills through innovative and engaging quarantine challenges
3. Include resistance bands in your workouts, they're capable of wonders
4. Try to (at least as much as possible) to keep your diet healthy
