Here's a healthy recipe for pancakes by the Crossfit coach and athlete, Felipe Coelho that can either be practically reproduced in the kitchen or used as a conversation starter...
Proves two things:
1. You can get those six pack abs if you want even during quarantine, so no excuses (except for me 'cause I have to write these blogs sooooo...)
2. When the recipes come from boss fitness trainers like Felipe, it's definitely worth a shot unlike your usual recipe websites advertising for "healthy pancakes" and sneakily adding "5 tsp of butter and maple syrup" in half way through the recipe.
1 medium banana 1 whole egg 30 g of oats 30 g of protein powder
1. In a bowl, mash the banana, add the egg and mix. 2. Add the oats and protein powder and mix again. While you do that, heat up a pan. 3. Put the mix on it and flip it after 3 minutes. Wait for 2 more minutes and it’s ready. Toppings are optional. I used mix berries and some maple syrup, because, carbs.
Protein: 35g Carbs: 45g Fat: 10g
